Morning game drive in Tarangire, then continue to Lake Manyara (driving time 2-3 hours) Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Park is a jewel of lush forests, shimmering waters and rich wildlife. Spot elephants, playful troops of baboons, giraffes, hippos and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions and flocks of flamingos. For a unique perspective, take the Treetop Walk and explore the forest canopy, crossing hanging bridges for breathtaking views of birds, monkeys and the vibrant greenery below.
Overnight: Lake Manyara

After breakfast continue onto Serengeti National Park (driving time 6 -7 hours),
Stop along the way in Karatu Town: A perfect spot to stretch, grab refreshments or visit local markets.

Overnight: Northern Serengeti

Spend the next two days immersed in the wonders of the Serengeti on half- or full-day game drives. For a once-in-a-lifetime experience, take an optional Hot Air Balloon safari at dawn. Glide silently above endless golden plains as the first rays of dawn paint the sky and wildlife roams below; as the sun climbs higher, your journey concludes with a celebratory champagne breakfast amidst the bush.

After a thrilling morning game drive in the Northern Serengeti, you’ll journey toward the heart of the park in Central Serengeti. Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for passing herds of wildebeest, graceful giraffes and stalking predators, as the everchanging landscape unfolds from open plains to wooded valleys.

Today you are heading to explore the Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying the sounds and sights of wildlife along your way. (Driving time 5-6 hours)
Take your picnic lunch in a scenic spot within the Serengeti Conservation Area.
After lunch you will continue south into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing Maasai villages and dramatic escarpments. Enjoy panoramic views of the highlands and the crater rim as you approach Ngorongoro Crater: This volcanic caldera offers exceptional game viewing, alongside a rich array of birdlife. The dramatic landscapes create a stunning backdrop, making the Ngorongoro Crater an unforgettable showcase of Africa’s diverse beauty.
